General Shipping:
Since most of our products are made to order, expect 1 to 3 weeks for shipping. We aim for 1 week but cannot guarantee that based on how busy we are at the time.
We ship through Canada Post. Please contact us if you wish to arrange alternative couriers.
Shipping Costs:
Free Local Pickup:
If you live in the Edmonton, Alberta area we offer free pickup on any order. We are even happy to offer free delivery if we can make it convenient.
Free Canada Wide Shipping:
We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $95.
Flat Rate Canada Shipping:
For small orders we charge $15 to help cover shipping costs within Canada. In most cases this will be less then our cost.
Shipping to USA:
Please contact us to arrange shipping and get a shipping cost.
Return Policy:
We don’t offer a blanket return policy (like the big box stores) that covers every situation, but we are more than willing to work with you if you are not happy with your order.
- If we mess up your order, please let us know and we will correct it as soon as possible.
- If items are damages in shipping please let us know immediately.
- If you just don’t like the product you receive or if you make a mistake with your order, please let us know and we will come up with a way to fix it.
